About Me.
Amanda attended California College of the Arts for three years (2009-2012) before transferring and finishing her BFA at Oregon College of Art and Craft.
Although a painting major at CCA, it was there that she discovered her love for woodworking. After moving back home to Portland, Amanda continued to explore and practice working with both mediums. In the four years following graduation, she worked in the Retail Fabrication field as a Builder, Artistic Finisher, and later as a Project Manager.
In 2019 Amanda founded Whet, LLC.
